The Brown House
If you haven't seen the work going on at the Brown House on Third Street, you've been missing a lot of activity. The bottom floor of the house is being completed, rewired and central air and heat installed. It will also have a small kitchenette and restroom facilities. The picture shows that it will be wheel chair accessible to conform with the ADA laws. The Berwick Garden Club is looking forward to making this their quarters. This project should be completed before Christmas. You really ought to consider joining the Garden Club. It is another of the organizations that make Berwick -- a great place to live.
The Busy Bee
The Busy Bee sign will be found in yards of residents and commercial businesses. It is awarded to those individuals for unselfishly giving of their time to improve the appearances of their home, business, or an area around the town. Each month, the Berwick Garden Club will be selecting Busy Bee winners. Residents and businesses - continue to improve the overall looks of your property through maintenance, landscaping, and litter control. You may be the next Berwick Garden Club Busy Bee winner. Let's continue to beautify our town!
